Privacy policy

Who we are

WornWell Bio LLC ("WornWell Bio", "we") is an independent, US-based biostatistics consultancy. For anything related to this policy, contact daniel@wornwellbio.com.

Information you send us

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company (optional), and message you provide. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to us by email. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to scope potential work. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Website analytics

We use two analytics services to understand aggregate site usage, such as which pages are visited and from what region:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC), which uses cookies and collects device and usage information. See Google's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.), a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies or track individuals across sites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We use this data in aggregate only. You can limit analytics collection with browser settings, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or content-blocking extensions; the site works fully without analytics.

Client and study data

Client engagements are governed by written agreements, not this policy. As standard practice we work with de-identified data only, sign NDAs before any data changes hands, and handle all engagement materials under our SOPs. We never receive or request directly identifiable participant information through this website; please do not include participant-level data in the contact form.

Retention

We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and delete it on request. Analytics data is retained per the respective provider's defaults.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing daniel@wornwellbio.com. We respond to all reasonable requests promptly.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify and links to external sites (for example LinkedIn and Google Scholar). Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information collected under an earlier version.
