Services · How we work

Full-service wearable biostatistics

We own the deliverable end to end, working to our own validated SOPs and taking responsibility for the result. No client infrastructure required, no CRO overhead. You work directly with a specialist who turns wearable motion and heart-rate data into endpoints that survive review. We also bring real-world-evidence experience with EHR and claims data, and anchor digital endpoints to the clinical scales and patient-reported outcomes (PROs) that establish their clinical meaning.

What we deliver

From sensor data to presentation-ready results

Statistical Analysis Plans

Reviewer-ready SAPs for wearable/digital endpoints: wear-time rules, clinically-informed inclusion/exclusion rules, primary model, missing-data strategy, and protocol and literature review to ground endpoint choices.

Data cleaning & QC

Wear-time, valid-day rules, artifact filtering, and compliance/data-yield reporting. We also offer independent validation programming: a sensor-data specialist confirms your team cleaned and derived the data correctly, and tracks down the cause of any discrepancies.

Statistical modeling & analysis

Descriptive and central-tendency analysis, longitudinal, repeated-measures, and time-to-event models, and sensitivity analysis for sensor endpoints, performed by specialists fluent in the measures.

Clinical anchoring & RWE

Relate digital endpoints to established clinical scales and patient-reported outcomes (PROs), with EHR and claims (RWE) experience where it strengthens the evidence.

Reporting & manuscripts

Analysis-ready datasets, statistical tables, standardized and custom figures, manuscript preparation and review, and clinical interpretation of results.

Training & enablement

Results readouts, webinars, and hands-on training so your team can run wearable-endpoint analysis with our guidance.

Engagement structures

Engagement terms that fit the work

Fixed-price projects

A defined scope and deliverable for a fixed fee — preferred for SAP + analysis packages.

Monthly retainer

Reserved hours each month for sponsors with ongoing wearable analysis needs.

Time & materials

Hourly engagement where scope is genuinely open-ended.

Prepaid hour blocks

A discounted block of hours to draw down against defined work.

A short scoping call defines the work and the price. Rates and structures on request.

How engagements work

Clear scope, defined price, no surprises

1

Scope call

A short call defines the problem, the data, and the deliverables.

2

Proposal & review

A written proposal with fixed scope and timeline, for your review and approval.

3

Contracting

A signed agreement fixes scope, timeline, and price, with NDA and de-identified-data terms in place before any data changes hands.

4

Execution

Reproducible, validated work in SAS and R, aligned with FDA digital-health guidance.

5

Deliverables

Analysis-ready data, tables and figures, manuscript methods, or a final report with clinical interpretation.
